Voluntary Recall of Dingle Dangle Baby Gift Set

This voluntary recall applies to Dingle Dangle Baby Gift Sets from batch DD-PO 0004 sold in the United Kingdom from April 2023 to December 2023

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPH

Hazard: Westray Toys Limited, d/b/a Dingle Dangle Baby (the “Company”) has learned that black fabric underneath the silicone on the Sensory Stick part of the Dingle Dangle Baby Gift Set Batch Numbers DD-PO0004 can fray or tear after repeated use. Tears in the fabric can expose plush stuffing which may present a potential choking hazard.  

There have been no reported injuries. The Company is pursuing this recall voluntarily as part of its commitment to consumer safety and incident prevention. 

How To Identify If You Have a Recalled Product 

In the United Kingdom, the recalled products were sold between April 2023 and December 2023 on the website www.dingledanglebaby.com, through Etsy online and at the Baby & Toddler Shows. 

If you purchased a Dingle Dangle Baby Gift Set during this time, please check the tags to see if it is labelled with Batch Number DD-PO0004.

The tag on Batch Number DD-PO 0004 can be found on the Fish plushie as shown below:

Remedy 

If you are in possession of a Dingle Dangle Baby Gift Set with Batch Number DD-PO 0004 we ask that you:  

1) Immediately stop using the Sensory Stick;  

2) Take a photograph of the tag with the Batch Number (as shown above) and email it to us at uksupport@dingledanglebaby.com

3) Please include in the email your Name, Platform (Website, Etsy, Baby Show etc.) Order # (if available) and date of purchase (if available). We will send you a replacement Sensory Stick (if available) or a full replacement set within 30 business days of receipt. 

4) Safely discard the product out of reach of children.  

*If you purchased the Dingle Dangle Baby Gift Set as a gift, we ask that you share this message with the gift recipient so they are aware of this issue.
